2nd marriage legally with acceptance of living with 2nd wife

sir, i am married for 5 years now. i have a child of 4 years also. now i want to marry a second one. my first wife is ready to live with her jointly. so i want to know that how can we make this second marriage legal one. this is our determined decesion not to take divorce with first one.

Second marriage during the subsistence of first marriage is illegal even if done with the consent of the wife..

During the life time of first wife and without divorce from first wife the second marriage is not valid.-----------------------Minansu Bhadra,Advocate
