Can i approach human rights

i work for a Software company in pune. I was verbally abused my manager in front of the entire floor. I am insulted to the maximum and i don't think that i can face my office mates anymore. Please let me know if i can approach human rights for the same. There are also other issues with regards to work timings, salary issues too..any advice is most required.

Abusing is a common tactic used by software companies to make the employees leave the Company voluntarily. If you approach human rights with a complaint will you be able to provide evidence for the same? ask your colleagues who witnessed it. Salary issues are a matter of your agreement with them.
