CBI Raids Raja’s Residences

Legal News India: The CBI, on December 7, raided the ex-telecom minister, A Raja’s residences in Delhi and Chennai to investigate the 2G spectrum scam.

The premier investigation agency also raided the properties of four other telecom officers - RK Chandolia (Raja’s personal secretary), K Sridhar (member of telecom commission), Siddarth Behuria (ex-telecom secretary) and AK Srivastava (director general of the Telecom Department). CBI sources also said that Raja would also be interrogated during the search process.
