Changes in Electoral Laws in India

 India Legal News: The Government says that the right to recall and the right to reject are the issues along with other proposals of electoral reforms to be discussed in the meeting with all political parties. Giving this information in written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha, Shri Salman Khurshid, Minister of Law & Justice, said that the matter involves deep study and careful consideration in consultation with the political parties before a decision could be arrived at.
