Citibank Manager Surrenders for Rs.300 Crores Fraud

Legal News India: Citibank manager, Shivraj Puri, has surrendered to the police for cheating bank customers and committing a fraud of Rs.300 crores. Gurgaon Police Commissioner S.S. Deswal added that subsequent to Puri’s interrogation, more arrests might be carried out in relation to this banking fraud. “Notices have been issued to the banks to seize all the accounts. We have formed five special teams to investigate the case. And we are hot on Puri's trail,” elaborated Deswal.
