Common wall Dispute

I have a expandable house in bindapur, delhi. It has a common wall which shared by me and my neighbor. I build this house 6 month ago. and i extended the common wall up to my house height. which has 2 floors in it. the construction of the house is complete. Now my neighbor has come and he is asking for demolishing the half wall. At the time of construction he didn't came to say anything and Nor the authority say anything. We have submitted the building plan in the authority. Some person is coming from the enforcement dept. of authority and he is threatening me.

you said the same person but who is the person whether your neighbor or to whom you filed your plan if the person is the neighbor he is a private person if the person is from the concerned authority like M C H you might not feed him as he desires any way it is better to go to a Civil court which had its jurisdiction of your locality one for all the matter will be settled with both neighbor and concerned authority but before that you make sure that your total building plan rightly approved by the concerned authorities including the common wall then you can hold all concern , normally the common wall or compound wall will be not more than 5 feet I do not understand how you extended up to 2 floors any way make sure while going to Court you need to have a legal right first to file a case the court will guide you in right direction and also to give directions to your neighbor & the authorities concerned
