 my father buy a property in 1973 in the name of my grandmother before marriage, G.P.A. registered with a Sub-registrar office in Delhi.

'It was always on the cards”. High inflation , and even high legal fees , the common man lives on rent, pays his rent and as he is a law abiding citizen, never forgets to get a Rent Agreement made. This is the point where the story starts. High legal fees. Getting a rent agreement made is easy work, one just needs to pull out a few notes from one's pocket, but the question is how many?

 The inauguration of Rajiv Gandhi Advocates Training Scheme in National Law University of Delhi was attended by well known advocates. Dr. M. Veerappa Moily, Minister of Law and Justice presided over the inauguration ceremony. Others present were Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Justice Dipak Misra. The training will take place from 27June to 23July in four batches.
