Compensation Claim

Dear,
I would like to know how to go about regarding compensation claims for delay and inefficient behavior by courier/ mail companies.
I have two claims that I want to take further with Blue Dart and DTDC. Both companies under different situations have claimed me a lot of loss and more over tarnishing of my reputation.
I am not happy with a mere apology ( which I did not receive from Blue dart). Apologies are the easiest way out , but they do not understand the loss and the great mental stress and tension I went through.
Please advice me.

File complaint with the consumer forum. You may also file civil suit for damages and compensation.
Yes you could claim damages by way of pecuniary compensation by filing complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act. before the Consumer Forum.
