I would like to know how to go about regarding compensation claims for delay and inefficient behavior by courier/ mail companies.
I have two claims that I want to take further with Blue Dart and DTDC. Both companies under different situations have claimed me a lot of loss and more over tarnishing of my reputation.
I am not happy with a mere apology ( which I did not receive from Blue dart). Apologies are the easiest way out , but they do not understand the loss and the great mental stress and tension I went through.
Please advice me.
