daughter kidnapped by husband

Hello, My daughter has been taken away by my husband on April. He is being duping me by saying I should sign on a legal draft for the divorce then only he will give my daughter back.He is harrassing me for the past 9 months as he had moved out of the house without letting me his whereabouts. He does not pick up my calls and respond to my sms. Please help!

First you lodge an FIR to the Police disclosing the matters, if the police authority did not register your complaint as an FIR then you can file a Criminal case u/sec.156(3) Cr.P.C. in Magistrate Court charge with sec,498a,406,363 IPC, you can also file a case u/sec.97 Cr.P.C.to return back your child.---------------Minansu Bhadra,Advocate,
