Divorce on grounds of Infedility

I have only e-mails and phone records as evidence of infedility and have following questions. Will really appreciate a response by the experts here :_
1) Will the evidence be enough to file for divorce on grounds of infedility?
2) If the wife accepts the infedility in court will it help in getting a quicker divorce decree?
3) How long does it take for a divorce on grounds of infedility to get finalized if it is uncontested by the adulturous partner?
4) Can I file a 497 against the man based on the evidence above and acceptance of infedility from the wife?
