Divorce on Mutual Consent

Hi,

We got married on May 2011, we have lived together for 7 months and now we are seperated, I think she might ask for a divorce on mutual consent. I am totally unhappy abt the way this is going on, I want my family back, divorce has never been in the entire history of my family, I do not want to a volunteer or victim, she is not ready to talk to me and gives wierd reasons, I went to her office and spoke to her but her uncle called and threatened my dad. I escalated this issue to all my relatives as this was an arranged marriage. Now they are coming down to meet her, I am confused as to what the consequences will be, is there a procedure where she can ge forcefully brought in person to a court appointed marriage counsellor or something? Can I save my marriage I badly want her back, our professions are different and our timings are different may be thats why this happened

Please help to save my marriage

If your wife would not come back or reconciliation then you should better to file a Divorce suit on mutual consent after one year of separation. However if you are seeking to save your marriage life then you can file a suit for Restitution of Conjugal Right, but in fact the execution of this suit is very difficult.--------------------------Minansu Bhadra,Advocate
