divorce within 1 year of marriage

Hello All,
I am ravi and got married in last year 2010, December. Before that i love a girl and want to spend my whole life with her. but i don’t have the strength to say about my love to my family and my parents selected one girl for marriage and i said ok and marriage happened. After marriage i released that I did a mistake. I am not able to accept my marriage. Even I have not made any physical relationship with my wife.
Even I have told about my past to my wife, still I love my girl friend and I cant live without her. I don’t want to continuous my marriage. I want to marry my girl friend. Please advice.
can i file a divorce case?

first of all no, but still with the leave of the court you can file for divorce but so far as i am concerned court will not allow your petition as no case for divorce can be filed within one year of marriage you can go for judicial separation.
As the whole thing is due to your mistake, you have no ground to obtain a divorce. If your present wife is not interested in continuing the marriage, then you can go for dissolution by mutual consent, that too after one year of separation. MARRIAGE IS NOT CHILD'S PLAY.
