Harassment by bank

I want to file FIR for harassment against recovery agents and bank officials who despite clear guidelines of RBI did not disclose the name of the agency from where the recovery agents had come.what is the procedure and how much would be the approximate cost including fees etc. The alleged incident happened on 6th jan 2011 and 11th feb 2011

you may have noted that there is an agency called Ambudsman the official and approved you can file your reverences with them it is Governmental institution it may not cost much and easy you file an application with them or else you straightaway go to State Human Rights Commission where you can directly give an application which is more powerful in your application/complaint you mention the complete incident you can make the bank concerned and also the recovery agency which approached you, you first go to the Reserve Bank Concerned they will guide you in this matter with regard to Ambudsman mostly they will be in R B I
Now it is too late for file FIR. but still u can give detail complain to RBI and ur concern bank. I am sure there after they will not harrase you.

Lodge a complaint with S.P of your District/ or Commissioner of Police of your City, narrating the entire incident. Local Police Stations are hand in glove with these recovery agents.
