I was working with Pinnacle Buisness Consultant(P)LTD BPO as an employee joined got intend letter at 01.02.2011 at 126&127,1stfloor,Kartik Complex,Opp.SabTV,Andheri Link road,Mumbai-400053,Maharashtra,India.I was given a three months training, and was assigned to the floor as CRA-Customer Relationship Advisor for US(United States) DRS(Debt Reduction Service)Process I have worked sincerely for more than a month for same process,and at month end we were shifted to149a,Prate infosolutions LTD devgiri udyog,next to anand mangal hall,charkop Kandivali(W)Mumbai by our Director( Anand Nair),at 08.03.2011 I and other 2employees named Valerian Antao and Terence D,Souza were terminated without any reason,when we asked Anand Nair and Vivek Upadhyay for the reason they spoked to us very roughly and rudely by touching our collar and telling me to get out ,and the next day when we asked for termination letter he told us to “put your papers down and we will not give your salaries you do what you people can do”,We also spoked to administrator Mr sawant of prate Infosolutions he told us”we will not give your salary Attendance register is lost now we don’t have any proof for it that u have worked ”we also spoked to K Subhramaniam one of the management he said” I am not the right person to consult I will not give your salary”.so you say in this condition what can I do,Please do justice with me and please response to it,I am the only person earning in my family,if this is the situation with the people like me then how the country will get developed ,that is the reason India is still a developing Country.

the criteria of the eligibility test for us and there are many students whose percentage in under graduate is less than 45% but in post graduate. But they are not eligible for teacher eligible test 2011 .Please do something about it by which we are also join in teacher eligible test 2011

My younger brother is going through hell each day, as his wife keeps on threatning him with suicide, she has been demanding support for her family with money and he has been obliging, her father committed suicide just a few months back his hospital medication etc was borne by my brother. Each day of his life has become miserable, she must be having almost 30 slashes over the last 10 year of married life, my brother has been very patient as she comes from a poor family and did not want to divorce her, but now it appears like he is living in hell, each time she swallows sleeping pills, slits her wrist, even we took all the possible care for her giving her the best medical treatment, we feel its a phyciatric case, she complains of pain in knee wrist, upon scanning the doctors say that there are no problems, even her brain MRI etc were done even these proved that she has no medical problem, we want to help her in every possible way. she remains good for some few days then suddenly she starts these issues all over again, breaks expensive items at her villa, bangs mobile phones on the wall, throws the food on the ground etc. We have tried all possible remedies but to no avail. We are scared where during such an incidence God takes her away. My brother would have problems with the law. Please advice how to overcome this, If my brother in order to refine her says that he will divorce her she threatens that she will die, while at work she does not allow him and harrasses him by calling on his cell every few minutes. He has just now left to go to his house to see his wife who said that this is my last call as she is ending her life. I want her phone to be tapped to protect my brother from any kind of harrassment. How do we do this whom do we approach. My brother will go mad please advice.

My name is Ravindra Kumar.i joined a FMCG company(G.C Beverages) on May2,2011 at Nirvan Vihar & worked two month.company terminated me from job without giving my two months salary. if i asked company admin to give my salary,they refuse to give my salary,also said to work on free basis.it was a sales job & i spent ten thousand from my pocket to visit one place to another place.i haven't got job till now & suffering from money problem.i feel harresed & demotivated.i have borrowed a lot of maney from my friends to survive in delhi. please tell me,,,,,,,,,,,

My neigh bour is a lawyer. He had borrowed money from me. There has not been any receipt of his receiving of money. On requesting the money back, he threatens me to file a false case on me. I have requested him several times and he seems not to relent on this issue. Please let me know how to handle this issue. I thought of filing a complaint in the bar council, but this does not have enough evidence to corner him.

I was married on dated 23 march 2002. my wife complaint against me at ssp office for torture and dowry on 25 july 2011 SHO,DSP GIVEN VIEWS after investigation it is matter of domestic violence but DA LEAGAL advised 498A 406 and sho have lodge FIR against me my father has appeared before DIG for re investigation of this FIR my wife also file case against me in court for domestic violence . as my wife have relation with other man i have phone call record . is this FIR VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS ? as case of domestic violence is pending in court and CDPO gives judgement there looks no domestic violence . i also file case under section 9 that i want to take my wife and two children at my home

Dear sir,
I worked in speck systems Ltd, Hyderabad as a permanent employee for 3+ years (Aug'2006 to Mar' 2010 ). They have't paid proper salaries from Jan 2009 onwards. Even they have not deposited our PF for 2009 -10 financial year. For each of us they are due upto 1 to 2 lakhs. They are not bothering to give response for settling the arrears.
After protesting a lot, one year back SPECK MD issued us the due statements for the amount they need to pay us. Again we protested in SEP 2011 and he issued the post dated cheques for january 16th 2012 that only 75% of the due amount. Now, when we tried to deposit them in our accounts, bank authorities are telling that there is a ban on that particular SPECK account.
Could you please give any suggestions or provide information to get our hard-earned money, PF?
We are struggling from more than 2 years even after coming out of that company. please help us to get our hard earned money.
