Swapna Raghu Sanand
Swapna has practiced law for three years in litigation in Kerala with JM Associates. She specialized in labor laws during the last year of her LLB course and represented matters before the Subordinate Courts, such as the Munsiff court, CJM courts, Motor Accidents Tribunal, Juvenile courts, Rent Control courts, Labor courts, Family courts, Wakf court and the Kerala High Court. Swapna functioned as Commissioner appointed by the Rent Control court to undertake a site investigation on behalf of the court and submitted the report before the aforementioned court.

She contributed as columnist on lifestyle and legal perspectives for The Hindu MetroPlus (Kochi) for several years, and briefly as a columnist for the online literary magazine of the University of Liverpool. Swapna has also written on law and literature on the online platform of the South Asia Womens' Forum. In legal publishing, Swapna Raghu Sanand made her debut at Lexis Nexis Butterworths, New Delhi, as Legal Editor. Presently, she is editor @ www.lawisgreek.com, an initiative of Veda Informatics Ltd.

Priya Nigam

Priya has been reporting on the financial markets since 2003. After graduating in Economics, she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in International Business. She is the chief content strategist at Veda Informatics.

Palash Das

Palash started his press career in 2002 as a stringer with The Hindustan Times, Calcutta. He completed a communication course from Jadavpur University during this period. He covered stories that discussed social issues and civic problems. In 2004, he joined an English daily - The Himachal Times, Dehradun - as a staff writer and covered beats like politics, features and crime.  Between 2004 and 2006, he worked for print publications like Business Standard, Kolkata, World Reflections, SourcingHardware and Allsportnews.

Maria Fernandez

Maria is currently pursuing her LLB studies. She completed her schooling from Modern School, Patna. During her schooling years, she has written featured stories as an intern at leading magazines and dailies. 

Debolena Bose

Debolena is a post-graduate from DU in English. She has completed post-graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from Xavier Institute of Communications, Bombay. She has worked with various online publications and freelanced with other publications including the Wine Encyclopedia journal. Her interests lie in current affairs, photography, reading, social networking, yoga and fine arts.
