British Police Arrests Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange

Legal News: British Police, today, has arrested Julian Assange, the founder of the whistleblowing website, Wikileaks. The arrest has been executed on a warrant issued by Sweden, informed London's Metropolitan Police. The 39-year old Assange is wanted in Sweden for allegedly committing sexual crimes.

Earlier, Assange’s attorney, Mark Stephens had made arrangements to deliver him to the police for interrogation in sex-crime investigation. “We are in the process of making arrangements to meet with the police by consent in order to facilitate the taking of that question and answer that is needed," said Stephens on Monday.
