Kasab Appeals Death Sentence, Moves SC

India Legal News: Terrorist Ajmal Kasab has moved the Supreme Court of India challenging against death penalty today. Kasab is the prime suspect and the lone survivor of 
the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. He has filed his application through Arthur Road jail authorities.
