Kasab Claims CST and Cama Hospital Photographs Were Morphed

India Legal News: Ajmal Kasab, the surviving terrorist of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, claimed that he was not present at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) and the Cama Hospital, where he was photographed and accused of shooting innocent passengers. Kasab’s attorney, Amin Solkar claimed that the photographs taken by Sebastian D’Souza were morphed to resemble Kasab.

Solkar informed Justices Ranjana Desai and R V More in the Bombay HC that D’Souza had divulged in a cross-examination that Kasab’s photographs could be altered. However, the photojournalist stuck to his account that the photos of Kasab and Ismail (the slain terrorist) in the CST were original.
