what is the procedure to claim educational & maintenance expenses for girl child from her father living with his parents?

your questions are not in right way and not having clarity whether you want to claim educational and maintenance expenses from a father for a girl child in matrimonial case? again you mentioned from a father living which his parents who is living with whom? you are using the language with out understanding the meaning of it ---
use appropriate words and ask the right question whether you are a wife deserted(your husband left the matrimonial house of you) by your husband?
