An agreement was made in my wife's name.I was no where in pictur as for as douments are concerned.The cheqes of consideration were also drawn from my wife's account. In that contract of agreement regarding a land we were cheated.Do I have locas standi to file a private complaint under Se.420 of IPC in JMFC?
