Maintenance for divorced wife in Muslim Divorce law

3 years after my wife's death I married a woman. I lived with her for one year, but didn't have any intercourse as I couldn't mentally accept her in my former wife's position. She started complaining about my not being sleeping with her to her relatives. My relatives tried their best to counsel me back to a normal life. Since, I couldn't set up a life with her, and it is a sin to deprive a woman her legitimate right for copulation as per Muslim Personal Law, I decided to divorce her. She once tried to rape me, yes rape me and during that struggle I had my doubts whether she was a woman or half woman...

I am a defence pensioner. This remarriage took place 12 yrs after my retirement. Is she entitled for a maintenance after Idda period
