husband has sent legal notice to wife seeking divorce..husband is from chennai and wife is from ajmer..wife has no relations in chennai..they have a 2 yrs old baby daughter..husband was earlier working abroad..now he has come down to chennai for good..however, he is not working anywhr...and he has no property in his name..the property is in the name of husband's mother...husband is adamant on seeking divorce from wife and he even does not want to give any maintenance to wife or his daughter..wife is ready for divorce but she needs some financial settlement from husband and her in laws..but he not willing to...
