My monthly income is 22500/ after all deductions my parents file a case against me in parents & senior citizen welfare & maintainance act 2007 to release 10000/ per month I am living in my father's house since my marriage in 1999 which is hie self accquired property & I am not giving any payment in family . Pl advice me

As per the Rules made by Government of India it is the duty of the son/daughter to maintain their parents. If they are not able to maintain themselves, so it is my advice that kindly stale this mater out of court with your parent and provide some maintenance to them they become happy and withdraw the case. otherwise court can order to maintenance for not less then 5000.00 for one person.
You are bound to maintain your parents. It is your legal and moral duty and obligation. Do not try to find out the way outs.
