PIL Challenge Setting of Lokpal Bill Committee

 India Legal News: Amidst a doctored CD controversy and denials and counter accusations, a group of lawyers have decided to move Supreme Court’s decision that approves the inclusion of certain members of the Lokpal Bill committee. Advocate ML Sharma and some other advocates moved the court, contending that the panel must comprise only parliamentary members and no one else.
