PIL Seeks Judicial Inquiry and Removal of Ex-CJI as NHRC Chairman

Legal News India: A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been submitted against former CJI KG Balakrishnan, seeking judicial probe over his kin’s alleged disproportionate land assets. The PIL also seeks his removal from the post of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Chairman.
