POA

Dear Sir

I request to you to suggest me with your valuable advz regarding the POA. My husband is a builder and he is planning to construct flats on my father-in-laws property at Chennai. He is likely to go for POA shortly only thing that worries me is my father-in-law is aged and nearing 80 years. Once he and my husband enters POA and in due course he expires will his daughters have a claim on the land.
My husband is planning to enter POA for a period of 11 months
