Property share

Hello sir,

I am Shrikanth from A.P. my grand father has all daughters (four). my mother kept as illatam. my grand father registered his agricultural land to me as gift deed. in that land some land is self acquired and some land is from his fore fathers. Now i applied for mutation in M.R.O office. but remaining daughters are giving objection to the officer to share the land in to equal shares. But my grand father wish to give that only to me. And some one said that there should be a will which states that why my grand father is giving his property to me only.

Please give your suggestion on this to forward legally to obtain the passbooks.
