My parents are expired. My mother had 5 brothers who are alive now. The landed property of my grand-father is to be acquired by a company. Can there be a share of my mother who is not alive now. If my uncles refuse to give me a share, what are the further processes to get a share. There is no documentary relation proof of my mother. Pl. guide me.

First you should collect the copy of documents in the name of your grandfather and in this regard you should search the Records of revenue Dept. for copy of right,search the Sub-Register Office for copy of title deed and also Municipality for holing of tax.then.After collecting the documents you should file a suit for Partition and Injuncction in Civil Court.
