Raja Denies Manipulating HC Judge

India Legal News: Ex-Telecom minister, A Raja today denied any attempt to influence a Madras HC judge in relation to a criminal case. Raja claimed that he had not spoken to any judge or authorized anyone to do the same on his behalf.

The ex-minister admitted that the charges against him were serious. However, he believed that public figures tend to face situations similar to the one he is in. “I think that so far as 2G is concerned the case is pending before the court, the matter is subjudice. But in public life that too at my age one has to meet controversies, allegations and counter allegations”, elaborated Raja.
