Relatives of 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attack Victims Sue Pakistan

India Legal News: Family members of Rabbi Gavriel Noach Holtzberg and his pregnant wife, Rivka, who died in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks in 2008, have planned to sue Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI, along with the terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

According to US media reports, the lawsuit was filed in the federal court of Brooklyn, New York, on Friday, last week. The 26-page lawsuit accuses ISI of aiding Pakistan-based terrorist outfit LeT to organize attacks in Mumbai in 2008. Following the lawsuit, the Brooklyn court has summoned head of ISI and leaders from LeT.

In another incident related to the Mumbai terror attacks, Ajmal Kasab, accused of killing 166 people, has demanded fresh trial in the 26/11 case.
