Sunni Wakf Board Moves SC for Ayodhya Title Suit

Legal News India: Sunni Wakf Board today moved the SC, thereby disputing the Allahabad HC judgment on the Ayodhya title suits on the grounds that the verdict is based on faith instead of evidence. In its appeal to the apex court, the Board filed that the verdict of dividing the land into three is not acceptable to it.

“We have challenged the verdict of the High Court on the ground that the High Court has committed an error in holding that the building was at the place of birth of Ram,” said the Sunni Wakf Board in its petition.
