“Kutte ke Puttar, Diwar par na Muttar.” You can find this inscription on the walls at many places in India, especially in northern states like Delhi. Isn’t that surprising? Actually it’s not surprising to see people urinating and dirtying the walls bearing these words. Don’t be surprised, it’s a common sight in India, particularly in the  country's capital city.
