As per India legal news reports, the Bombay High Court stated that flight delays due to congestion at the airport affect not only the public, but also the judges. The court was hearing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against air traffic congestion at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The PIL was filed by the resources of the Aviation Redressal Association.
