The death bed is an important place. Well, most of us have watched theatrical moments in movies and even ads, where the man on the death bed, even if a villain, has something valuable to say. It’s not different in Indian law either. A confession, statement or declaration at the death bed is considered sacred and truthful in law. Simply put, it is a valid concept called a dying declaration.
