Domicile Certificate

A domicile/residence certificate serves as legal proof that the individual on whose name it was issued is a Domicile/Resident of the State or Union Territory that had issued the Certificate.

This certificate is needed as a residence proof to:

• Obtain a Domicile/Resident Quota in engineering, medical or any other competitive educational examinations.
• Get preference in the Government Service.
• Be eligible for jobs that prefer local residents.
