A Critique of the National Green Bill

The bill provides for the establishment of a Green Tribunal, which will offer effective and fast redressal of cases related to environmental protection and conservation of natural resources and forests. The bill, however, has faced criticism from different quarters, owing to its loopholes and limitations.
