Internet Laws: Cyber Stalking

The misuse of technology to fulfill vested interests through devious means is not a new phenomenon. It is a fact that some people use technology to unleash terror or to harass others. A common example of such a crime is cyber stalking. The concept of cyber stalking has not been defined literally, but implies the use of the Internet to threaten, molest or embarrass others. Internet laws are evolving to deter people from committing such cyber crimes but the efficiency with which this is being done is too early to talk about.
