I had an STDR account on which tds has been deducted by bank in the year of (2009-10) that time i had not a PAN CARD and i didn't submitted form 60 g to concerning bank. Today 2 years later can i get my fund back ? the type of STDR ac was minor through mother and my mother is a widow so could i can any kind of relaxation in tax lmit.
