Which Mental disorders are considerate for divorce?

My wife has "Bipolar Disorder" and she refused for treatment. As well as she is working and well educated. She disagreed to give divorce also. It can be considerate for divorce? How can I prove that my life is intolerable with her? We have been separated since last year April 2010. How can I get divorce?
